It was a great opportunity to discuss laws in NSW relating to Police powers to search and/or seize a person’s mobile phone.
The interview followed recent higher court challenges to Police powers in the USA in relation to the power to search and detain property.
It was a pleasure to be interviewed by Damian Carrick, ABC Journalist and former Lawyer, who proved to be an expert interviewer and possessed a strong knowledge of Police powers and related privacy issues in general.
